Rail Integration Assessment

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. One to two weeks. A roadmap you own at the end.

The assessment is the front door to working with us and the fastest way to de-risk a rails program. It's an independent, senior-led read of your payments stack against the rails you need — and it works the same whether you're modernizing an existing US stack or entering the US market for the first time. You're buying a decision and a plan, not hours.

What you get

  • Rails readiness report — where your stack stands against RTP, FedNow, FedWire, and ACH: connectivity options, ISO 20022 exposure, integration constraints, and the gaps that would surface in certification or compliance review.
  • Access-path recommendation — direct participation, sponsor bank, or processor; build-vs-buy; provider or sponsor-bank shortlist with honest tradeoffs, not vendor pitches.
  • Target architecture — the ISO 20022 canonical layer, adapter boundaries, routing and failover approach, and where the US-payment seam sits in your core.
  • Sequenced roadmap — a phased, multi-month delivery plan with dependencies, certification sequencing, resourcing, and risks — executable with us or without us.
  • Executive readout — a working session with your leadership and engineering leads, and a written summary you can circulate.

How it runs

  1. Assess days 1–4

Working sessions with your engineering, product, and compliance leads. We read your code and specs where you'll let us, map your current and target flows, and identify the constraints.

  2. Decide days 5–7

Access path, build-vs-buy, provider and sponsor-bank options, certification path — each with the tradeoff stated plainly.

  3. Roadmap days 8–10

The phased plan, the architecture, the risk register, and the readout.

What we need from you

Two to three working sessions with the people who own your payments stack, read access to relevant code or API specs, and one conversation with whoever owns compliance. That's it.

Who it's for

Foreign banks and neobanks entering the US, fintechs adding instant or batch rails, and sponsor banks or processors expanding rail coverage. If you're deciding whether and how to build, this is the engagement — see who we work with.
