Services

Everything we do is US payment rails. We work in two modes — advisory and build — and most engagements move from one to the other. The front door is the assessment; the destination is a rail running in production that your team owns.

Rail Integration Assessment the front door

Fixed scope, fixed fee, one to two weeks. Current-state review of your stack and rails exposure; build-vs-buy and provider or sponsor-bank recommendations with honest tradeoffs; certification path; and a sequenced, multi-month roadmap. Works the same whether you're modernizing a US stack or entering the US market for the first time.

How the assessment works

Payments Architecture & Program Design

When you know you're building and need it designed right. We produce the architecture and the program to deliver it:

  • ISO 20022 canonical layer — schema registry for the pacs / camt / pain / remt families, a message builder with field-level validation and cardinality checks, and a bidirectional parser that applies network-specific business rules.
  • Network adapter design — RTP (pacs.008 / pacs.002 / camt.035), FedWire (pacs.008 / pacs.009 / camt series), ACH (ISO 20022 to NACHA file mapping), and FedNow.
  • Routing and failover — rail selection by amount, speed, and network health; automated failover with idempotency-safe retry; webhook and reconciliation design.
  • Abstraction boundaries — where the US-payment seam sits in your core, what you own, what your sponsor bank owns, what we build.
  • Program plan — phased delivery, dependencies, certification sequencing, resourcing, and a risk register you can actually run.

Rails Integration Build

The full delivery, on an embedded team model with your engineers. The program we run has four phases and one parallel track:

  1. Core & adapters

ISO 20022 layer and the network adapters, sandbox access initiated on day one.

  2. Orchestration & sandbox

Routing engine, failover, end-to-end transactions across every rail in official network sandboxes.

  3. QA & hardening

Automated regression, load testing to production throughput and latency targets, security review (encryption, key management, audit-trail immutability).

  4. Production & hypercare

Network certification, credential cutover, canary ramp, on-call through stabilization.

Parallel — compliance integration: BSA/AML and OFAC touchpoints, audit trails, and examiner-ready documentation handed to your compliance team.

How we engage

Certification & Go-Live

Sandbox-to-production for RTP, FedNow, FedWire, and ACH: certification packages, network relationships, credential management, cutover planning, and a canary ramp with rollback. If you already have a build and need it certified and live, this is a standalone engagement.

Compliance & Controls Integration

For teams preparing for a charter application, a sponsor-bank onboarding, or an examination: the demonstrable-infrastructure side of safe-and-sound operation — audit-trail design, monitoring, payments runbooks, BCP/DR evidence, third-party risk, and BSA/AML/OFAC integration documentation. We evidence the controls; your counsel and compliance team own the narrative and the screening.

Advisory Retainers & Hypercare

Ongoing architecture oversight, certification support, rule-change monitoring (Nacha, TCH, Fed), and post-launch operations support once the build is yours.

Every engagement ends the same way

Runbooks handed over, your engineers trained, no ongoing dependency on us unless you want one. Most start with the Rail Integration Assessment.
